Financial Resources

One of the main roles and responsibilities of Advisors is to assist their student organization in the management of their finances. Advisors should have access to the university-maintained financial records of their respective organizations. These records should be periodically reviewed with the Treasurer, and potential problems should be identified as soon as possible. Advisors access the organization’s budget through Workday and Engage. Students are not permitted access to the Workday System.
